Fine cutting
Fine cutting is a very precise metal deforming process which is a mixture between cold die stamping and cold extrusion, but differs from them in the presses used and the tools required and also the product obtained.
The advantages of using the fine cutting process over other processes are the product range to achieve, since the thickness can go up to 19mm.
With a thick material, cutting finishes have a very good quality, burr-free, with an excellent flatness in the part and straight edges. In addition, very small holes are achieved as compared with the thickness. Also, productive series should have a perfect repetitiveness, so we ensure that the part is the same, regardless of when it was produced.
The experience of our technicians allows us develop, to drawings, the manufacture of punches of any diameter, length and tolerance.
